We work hard to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Our shipping options are straightforward and affordable, covering all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that we currently ship only within the mainland U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Manufacturing Time
Here’s the scoop: we’re committed to getting your LUUGAA lighting to you as quickly as possible—without sacrificing quality. Each piece is crafted just for you, meaning it’s not simply pulled from a shelf. This care and attention may take a little extra time, but trust us, it’s worth it!

Shipping Time
In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours and should arrive within a week. However, for custom or out-of-stock items, production and shipping typically take 3-10 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your understanding. Who Pays for Import Duties and VAT?
In most cases, our packages do not require VAT payment when going through customs. However, in certain situations, especially with large orders, we may need to provide additional information to customs and work with the buyer to provide necessary documentation. Please note that each destination country has different import duty thresholds for the value of goods that can be imported before taxes are applied. Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Status & Tracking
Want to check on your order? Just log into your account anytime to view your order history and the status of any active orders. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the tracking details and carrier info you need.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, let us know as soon as possible! We’ll update it in our system before it ships out. Once your order is on its way, rerouting can be tricky, but we’ll do our best to help. Just keep in mind, if rerouting is needed, there may be extra charges involved.
If you request that we contact UPS or FedEx on your behalf to make a change, we will send you an invoice for any additional costs associated with the change. If you handle the change yourself and UPS or FedEx bills us separately, we will send you an invoice for that amount to ensure we break even. While we will issue the invoice, we will ultimately pay the full amount to UPS or FedEx on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding that, while we do our best to cover costs resulting from our own mistakes, we are unable to assume responsibility for costs arising from issues beyond our control.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your package right when it arrives to make sure it didn’t take any hits along the way. We go the extra mile with our packaging, but you never know what adventures it had between our door and yours. If your LUUGAA lighting shows any signs of damage, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
Do I Need to Keep Packaging?
If you think you might return your order, please hang on to the original packaging, including any padding materials. We ask for this to make the return process smooth and easy.
Within the 60-day return window, you’ll need the original packaging for a full return. After that, returns without the original packaging might incur extra charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
In Case of Damage or Defect
Take a breath, relax, and maybe grab a drink (your choice, we won’t judge). Once you’re feeling zen, snap a few pics of the damage (and the packaging), then send them our way. We’ll take care of everything!

Missing Parts
